Orchestra

287 seats, with 16 all-access seats.

Orchestra Right & Left, Rows A & B

Orchestra Center Right & Left, Rows H & K (may be removed in blocks of 2 & 3 seats for Orchestra Level)

End row wheelchair seating is at the discretion of the presenter.

Mezzanine

404 seats

10 wheelchair seats, plus 10 chaperone seats (back entrance access only)

Stage

Proscenium opening width: 38' 6"

Stage floor to top of grid: 57' 0"

Wing Space right: 14' 0"

Wing Space left: 16' 0"

8' 0" into wing there is a ceiling height of 12' 0".

Stage Floor

The stage is a natural hardwood sprung floor, with medium density overlay in wings. The orchestra pit cover is constructed of ¾ plywood. The pit is normally covered and the producer must provide crew to remove and restore the pit cover if the pit is needed. Additional charges apply for a full pit cover remove and re-install. A full stage 30' x 40' Vario black/gray reversible dance floor is available. The lessee may not drill, lag or screw into the stage floor. Any accidental holes, scrapes and scruffs must be repaired before the final load out.

Orchestra Pit

Curved front accommodates approximately 20 players.

Orchestra pit is 6' 0" deep.

Orchestra pit is fully removable in 3 different dimensions, fees for removal & reinstallation apply.

Dressing Rooms

There are 7 rooms in total:

The green room measures 14' x 12' can be divided into 2 dressing rooms and 2 full washrooms with shower units

The dressing room at the top of the stairs (facing stage right) measures 10' x 12'

the next 3 dressing rooms measure 6' x 10', upstairs all 4 dressing rooms are equipped with sinks.

The last dressing room (facing stage left) measures 8' x 12'
